We want you to love your new home decor. However, if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damages and Issues (The Most Important Part) Since we ship fragile items like mirrors, please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at curly.story4311@gmail.com within 48 hours with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Clear photos/videos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will evaluate the issue immediately and provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Returns (Change of Mind) We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Please note that for "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Process: To start a return, contact us at curly.story4311@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the address of our processing center in the USA. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
